How soon can we deliver?
At Skirting Online we offer our customers the following delivery options.

Next Day Super Express Delivery
- Our Next Day Super Express Delivery service provides a next day delivery service for unprimed orders.
- Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm.
- A supplementary cost of £35.45 is charged on top of the standard delivery rates.
- Orders must be placed before 11.00 hrs Monday – Friday for the service to be fulfilled.
- Orders placed after 11.00 hrs will be delivered within 2 working days on (Express delivery).
- Orders placed on a Friday after 11.00 am will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Express Delivery
- Our Express Delivery service provides delivery within 2 working days.
- A supplementary cost of £20.45 is charged on top of the standard delivery rates.
- Deliveries are made approximately between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
- Please be aware all Express orders must be placed before 4pm.
- Any orders placed before 4pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
- All bookings made on a Friday (after 4pm), Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday for delivery on the Wednesday.

Standard Delivery
- Our Standard Delivery service provides delivery within 5 working days.
- Deliveries are made approximately between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
- The cost of the service is dependent on the subtotal of your basket, before any discounts are applied.
- All charges will be advised beforehand within your basket. other than Scottish deliveries .

Delivery Considerations
All delivery services could be made by a small lorry or a van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width restriction, it is within a “Red route” or there are any time zone restrictions please inform us at the time of the order to discuss alternative delivery options.
All the delivery methods are made to kerb side due to insurance guidelines so please arrange for adequate help to carry goods into your property. We will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient.
Please be aware that we only deliver to UK mainland addresses, unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.
Delivery FAQs
Do you deliver outside of mainland UK?
Unfortunately we don’t deliver outside of the UK mainland, so places like Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are beyond the reach of our delivery service. But never say never!
Can I track my package?
Absolutely! When your order is ready to go, we’ll send you an email with all the despatch details and a link to track your order.
Will you deliver into my house?
Unfortunately due to insurance restrictions we are unable to deliver items into your home. All deliveries are kerbside and can be made on anything from a van to an 18 tonne lorry, so it is assumed that the delivery address will be easily accessible for any large vehicle. If you think access may be a problem, don’t worry just phone us or send an email to discuss alternative delivery options.
What happens if I’m not in when the courier tries to deliver?
Not a problem! If this happens, most couriers will leave a note to let you know that they’ve tried to deliver. They’ll try again twice in the following two days before the package is returned to us.
The parcel is damaged, what do I do?
It is important to check the packages for any visual damage to the goods. In the rare event that you receive damaged goods please make sure it is noted on the driver’s paperwork. Contact us as soon as you can and we will quickly resolve your issue.
