Returns and Refunds
We are sure that you will be pleased with your purchase from us. We pride ourselves in supplying top quality products at great value, delivered on time. However, we are aware that sometimes things do not go to plan and we understand that people can change their minds. So here is everything you need to know about our returns and refund policy:
Can I change my order?
Once you’ve placed an order, you can’t change it but you can amend your contact and delivery details-just contact us and we will do this for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If your item hasn’t been despatched it’s easy. Just contact us and we’ll cancel it and give you a full refund. If your order has been despatched or delivered we’re also happy to accept it back. Just contact us within 14 days.
Once you’ve notified us we’ll let you know how to return it, or arrange for a collection. Any returned goods must be complete, unused and in “as new” condition.
Once it gets back to us, you’ll receive a full refund (including your initial delivery charge but minus restocking fee and return transportation costs).
What if the item’s damaged when it arrives or I was sent the wrong item?
It’s important that you inspect your order on delivery, because we’ll ask you to sign a form confirming that it’s in good condition. If you’re not happy, let our delivery partner know, or note this on the form and contact us.
Our quality team checks your products to make sure they are up to the very best standards before we send them to you. But if we’ve missed something or sent you the wrong thing, just let us know within 14 days. It really helps if you send us a few photos or videos of the damage or fault. Our team will assess your complaint and let you know how to return the item, or arrange for a collection. We’ll either give you a full refund or order you a replacement.
How much do returns cost?
If you need to return an item because it’s faulty, or because of something we’ve done wrong, we won’t charge you for the return/collection. But if you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to pay a 50% restocking fee (as all our products are made to order) as well as the transportation costs associated with the return.
How long will my refund take?
We aim to refund customers within 14 days after receiving goods back in our warehouse, or in the case of orders cancelled before dispatch, as soon as we receive written confirmation of your intention to cancel your order.
